Batch Search Interface

Users can upload taxonomic classification files in OTU table or Kraken report formats to perform functional queries. The search is based on microbial function annotations in the Function Microbe database, and the results display the potential functional microorganisms detected in the uploaded classification files.

Search Results Interface

The search results present the OTU IDs of the input samples alongside their corresponding genus, species, and matching microbes. By clicking the "Export Results" button, users can download the entire result set, and by selecting the green-highlighted scientific name of any matching microbe, they are directed to that microbe's detailed information page.
