The Gene Catalog comprises all genes annotated from metagenomic datasets of GBC-BASE. Users can search by gene name, COG category, or functional description, and the results return the corresponding gene information along with the protein sequences.
Genome Catalog
The Genome Catalog comprises all microbial genomes reconstructed from metagenomic datasets of GBC-BASE, provides their corresponding taxonomic classifications and quality metrics, and offers downloadable genome sequences; clicking on a BIN ID directs users to that bin's detailed information page.
Virus Catalog
The Virus Catalog encompasses all viral genomes predicted from metagenomic datasets using VIBRANT, and provides information on viral type, genome length, quality metrics, and taxonomic assignments as annotated by phagcn2.0; clicking on a VIRUS ID directs users to that virus's detailed information page.
